Milton S. Rattner
CEO/Owner
Milton Ratner has been a longtime innovator in the deli business.
When the industry moved from the corner Mom&Pop Delicatessen to the
supermarket perishable aisles, Mr. Rattner and his company, Hansel 'n Gretel
Brand Inc. led the way. In the late 80's when Americans became more health
conscious, Hansel 'n Gretel once again was on the leading edge with its
redesigned products under the Healthy Deli® label. These
products were engineered to be lower in fat, calories and sodium, contain no
added MSG, and easily met every Federal requirement regulating the use of the
name "Healthy" on a label.
At a time when many executives are ready to close out their
careers, Mr. Rattner finds new vigor through vision and cutting-edge
technology.
